At Laird Superfood, we stand behind the quality of our clean, plant-based products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our 30-day happiness guarantee allows for easy returns or replacements.

Return Process

  Review Our Policy

  Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery; please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products but will offer a credit or replacement.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer success team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
